Leite Materno como Imunoterapia

Definição: administração de leite materno, seja colostro, leite de transição ou maduro, diretamente na mucosa oral/nasal de todo recém-nascido internado na UNIDADE NEONATAL, independente da administração da dieta, até que o mesmo esteja mamando no peito materno.

Objetivos dessa apresentação:

  • Apresentar os benefícios do uso do leite materno como imunoterapia (imunoterapia oral ou lactoimunoterapia)
  • Compartilhar informações sobre os processos facilitadores da ordenha precoce
  • Orientar a construção de processos de trabalho para garantia da extração beira-leito do leite materno e a oferta do leite cru nas primeiras 12 horas após a extração
